Who leaked it, STX or TPD?. This is similar to our first overture with WGO. We were rebuffed but ended up winners. Let the $ drain from TPD then offer a lesser deal. They are in cash armageddon unless they get $10m from a heavily discounted CR. IMO. Ox.
