Unlike NL, I think our PQF would be ideally suited in Lucas Heights... afterall, does it really matter in which state our "headquarters" are located? Their could be all sorts of positives for locating it in NSW and locating a full-scale Purification Plant in WA (if its eventually required).
The fact that Lucas Heights is home to not just ANSTO but Cleanaway's Resource Recovery E-cycling facility makes it an ideal hub for our Qual Facilty, IMO. Besides, AS can park his MD Chair anywhere.
