The risk for me isn’t that they don’t value it, but that it may be better for them to buy the company instead. Why buy an asset for more than the value of the company. I know they would have to pay a takeover premium, but this could be 30% on Market cap.
I know everyone will say that chalice will tell them to go away with an offer like that but history tells me that a quick 30% for institutional investors is hard to turn down. I hope we can get the share price up significantly before a takeover appears.
