The SP may have taken a hit the first half of this year but I don’t believe it to be of much significance. The last time we saw decent volume being traded was back in December 2022 (SP 0.13 circa 6m in volume). Since then the SP has hovered around 0.084-0.095 with volumes getting around a few hundred thousand on a good day, but mostly less than 200,000 (total value <$20k). Definitely not sheep stations. More likely this is day traders hoping to make a few bucks on volatility.

KKO have never been great at marketing and have consistently missed milestones… but that doesn’t mean they haven’t achieved those milestones. If we cast aside these negatives and focus on what they have accomplished in the past year, I still believe them to be massively undervalued. I also think there is a lot of sophisticated investors sitting back waiting for the Sproule report and Badimo acquisition to be finalised before getting involved (essential de-risking), hopefully we’ll see it run thereafter.
