As for diversified earnings not sure i agree with that as 20% of earnings (not profit) comes from the norther cluster in the uk. which my take on todays announcement is there is no profit on it, but someones gotta mamage it!

my fundamental with ISF is lots of debt and no decent profits. They have roughly 200m debt and their net profit for the last 5 years (before that there was lots of losses so i will ignore that) is less than 100m. doesnt sound like a good equation to me.
