FACT - The current PM has stated that this permit application will be dealt with according to law (this leaves little wiggle room is rejecting the permit however this is just my opinion)
FACT - The current Resources Minister has also stated that she will access the application according to law
MY understanding is that the LAW says they can take as long as they like for a decision. Even indefinitely. Yes?
