Biotwitter is awash with tweets at the moment saying how weak US small cap biotechs are right now - there apparently is just no buying demand at all and price are falling on very small volume (sounds familiar).
I would say you are right that the chance of a partnership being announced as part of the strategic update is very low. What I am hoping for is a detailed clinical program with costs and timelines outlined and the reasons for these changes. I would also love to see what other alternatives were considered.
