    You are referring to the Australian Government - is there a bigger useless number of oxygen thieves than federal public servants? I think not! Its not slow - it is pure incompetence on a massive scale. The concern with the PPSA is that IVZ does all the groundwork, finds the elephant and then gets rug pulled - thats a legitimate concern in a country like Zimbabwe
