Sorry you are finding it tiresome but just look at the share price. There are a few reasons we are mired at a lowly 15c, but one of the major reasons is no signed PPSA. The market doesn't lie. Sophisticated large investors are simply not going to invest in us, until they have the surety of a signed PPSA agreement with the government. Until that 'imminent' bad boy is signed it is a weight around the share price's neck.
I am quietly confident it will get signed pre -election, but I am an eternal optimist! Re the sp I am also a realist. Two factors that will rocket our sp north - Great SWC results.... but to truly fly - a signed PPSA as well.
