The Center of Excellence Manager - Remote (COEM-R) is responsible for developing and retaining customer relationships to drive business growth in transplant centers across the US. As the key liaison with geographically dispersed transplant centers, the COEM-R will provide guidance to transplant center staff regarding the onboarding process and provide outstanding customer service on an ongoing basis.
Essential Functions
Assist transplant center administration with the onboarding process, providing timely and accurate information and education to ensure an outstanding and compliant customer experience
Manage the complexity of remote sales and account management through mastery of technology, e.g., virtual meetings, presentations, etc.
Represent and promote Ryoncil by interacting with established customers and developing new prospects in respective geography
Call on a variety of decision makers to position Ryoncil for presentation, evaluation, and purchase
