Ive found this useful when your feeling like this.. ask yourself the question, Do you need the money right now? if the answer is no, well then then you would continue holding anyway even if the SP increased. This is where price targets and financial goals are useful. Otherwise youl get stuck in the cycle of euphoria when on a run and misery when it turns to the downside.
