Best leave some things to the companys, too hard to double guess them on much, the likes of WPL do not give away a lot publicly, but you must accept long time lines and big dollars in this game. In this game 2014 is like tomorrow.
But nevermind, if there's a discovery we"ll see a pretty quick sustained boost to the sp, albeit perhaps after some overreaction. You can look at KAR to see that you do not need to wait for production.
The drama was about retaining a choice, until the economics of the various options can be properly considered.
