Q - How can a CEO(or ex CEO) of a Company instill a bit of confidence in the market without actually making an announcement?
A - Talk to a journo and tell them that he WILL be making some announcement(S) soon!
Its up to you to decide wether or not they will be positive or not? But I havent seen too many bad announcements from PRR, and MR did just get back from Germany???
