I am astounded at how few people here have connected the dots between "blackout periods" and directors/company officers not being allowed to buy shares when price sensitive announcements are pending.
If the MD is continually buying then there is a massive lack of price sensitive newsflow.
That is not a positive for the SP.
It's why in companies that are delivering results and newsflow, company directors/officers are limited to purchase at CRs and SPPs and very limited periods.
So if they're buying continuously....................
