My dearly departed uncle as a professional forester for nearly 40 years was stationed in several timber districts including Cann River, Buchan, Forrest, Yarram, Mansfield and Geelong. His primary function was to ensure the orderly harvest and re-afforestation of the native timber and prepare the bush for the prevention of fire and fire fighting preparedness such as maintaining fire tracks. He loved the bush and loved his trees.

But what you have failed to address, as usual is the absolute hypocrisy of your hero Andrews. So answer the question.

Compo and training for alternative jobs in remote communities is a laugh. These hard working salt of the earth people will have to leave their communities to get a job, meaning their communities will likely die a slow death with less people in town and a slow erosion of services. But Andrews could not care less.

Andrews is scum and only exists to stay in power with Green votes.
