They would have known by by 10 am Saturday morning how the vote was going.
Even so they were bold enough not to pull them off the agenda, knowing that at least 45% that's nearing half the shareholders were voting NO.
Brett will NOT be able to put this behind him, this is another example of poor management on his behalf. As if he has not got enough shares already.
This will held against him for as long as he is with Sayona.
