I think you may have misunderstood my original post.
The Ppsa is not required for Ivz to get to and past production.
There is already an agreement, Special Grant, as per email.
My contention is that a farm in won’t happen without the Ppsa because they want the industry standard agreement.
If you believe that there is currently no agreement in place for profit sharing, then you’d be wrong and SM would be the dumbest bloke on planet earth drilling wells with no agreement in place.
