Let me make this clear, a substantial holder carries a minimum 5% of the votes and they couldn't even raise the 5% required to call a GM. So it's highly unlikely that manipulation exists between a substantial holder and the acquisition proposal.

The current board has unprecedented support from shareholders and to that end the proposed takeover will be invariably overturned by sheer numbers.
