For me, not coming out of suspension tomorrow will be very serious. It will mean the "dispute" is far more serious than merely "dotting i's and crossing t's" and that implies, to me at least, that the entire LLL team has been somewhat negligent in getting all the permits and approvals in place - from the government no less. That would be a very disappointing outcome that will see the SP come under immense selling pressure. I truly hope this is not the case and I am utterly wrong.
