    Later:
    RPM-008 260m 3.6 g/t Au, including 140m 6.5 g/t Au
on the back of the previous announced RPM-005 discovery hole of 132m @ 10.1 g/t Au

So RPM-008 turned into a near-best hole from RPM.

If anything, it appears a bit more significant than the VG in RPM-008. No hand lens needed. I can't tell how similar the mineralisation is - this one looks less shiny, but maybe the drilling/prepping/washing technique is different?

RPM-008 was 'from 115.8m'. This one is 'at 68m' - better/shallower depth. Drill hole incomplete, currently 120m, intended depth 325m. Results expected September (so October?).

RPM-043 also seems pretty far away from the other good holes (near to some boring holes like RPM-004 (potential to bring up the average for that area?).

VG intersected on the blue dot. So around the edge of the pit outline in SS2 (good, could improve the pit economics), in the blue 'medium grade zone' for the resource calculation (good, could improve the indicated resource), and the remainder of the hole to fall within the 'low grade' green zone (only 2-3 holes reaching out there, not intersecting much yet, so low expectations for the remainder of the hole, but could surprise).

RPM-004 was somewhat of a dud, sort of hitting a boundary of the better grades, that's why (blue circle) in the diagram changes from dark shading to light shading.

    RPM-004 - 405m @ 0.4g/t. Inc. 259m @ 0.5g/t from surface, 43m @ 1g/t gold from 287m, 3m @ 2.4g/t from 290m.

RPM-043's VG is the blue dot. It falls on the boundary of dark shading and light shading (so can be a positive surprise for the current understanding), with the remaining incomplete portion of the hole falling into dark shading (low to medium grade assumed for this area in the resource calculation, but dark shading meaning the geology is hopeful of something good). So actually, the remainder of the hole is not entirely 'low expectations' - it's a fairly undrilled area, that is understood or hoped to be 'a good but tight trend', as we've already apparently hit some boundaries of it (RPM-002, RPM-004).

RPM-043 goes straight down the middle (of RPM-002, RPM-004), confirming whether we found the boundaries, but having something good in the middle and hopefully trending further East.

RPM-002 is circled red. It changed from dark shading, to light shading to nothing. So 1 boundary there.

128m @ 1g/t would be cutting across the previously dark red shaded area.

RPM-043 seems to be trying to go down the middle of that bit, while RPM-002 was going across it (128m @ 1g/t across-ways, how much if drilling with the trend?).

So it seems to have potential to add a lot of meters at 1g/t or better (VG suggesting better eg. RPM-008 with prior VG being 260m 3.6 g/t Au), and with these meters falling mostly outside of the existing resource calculation (I think this area is calculated as low-confidence, low-grade in SS2).

    Interesting.

I was hoping for Train/Trumpet to beat RPM South's grade. But it appears to me that this could add to RPM's resources directly, which is actually optimal (existing pit design = lowest cost addition). Just a question of how much it can add.
