I did quite a bit more research on this matter and I've landed on the following. It appears (I stress, appears) that the we've lost a significant number of customers over the last 18 months. The more recent customer number reporting seems to be more smoke and mirrors than fact. Reality is that these are not customers of LPE. They are customers that LPE services for another principle provider. That means that they are not sticky.

I'm a bit annoyed about this. As a shareholder I'd expect to see these customer types separated in investor reporting. I'm going to be asking for this through official channels. Basically, what do we have on the books - is it sticky or not - are we growing or not, is the growth stable or speculative?
