Most of the scam victims, are victims because they do something stupid. Why should the banks pay for their stupidity. There are enough warnings about what not to do, i.e. someone rings you from India at 9 pm and asks for your banking details and you give them over or you get an email from someone you don't know offering a better rate if you transfer all of your investments to them.
Really. The Banks should pay for that. Grow up!!
