Great point, CbrMaroon, that makes the WBC performance even worse over time. They simply have not put enough resources into the business, making themselves susceptible to customers committing acts of money laundering, offences relating to child abuse and making customers susceptible to frauds, scams and becoming victims of money laundering.
It is an absolute travesty that executives and Board Directors are still at Westpac after all that and after the share price has plummeted.
