Lindsay has copped some flak for giving some people here the impression that his primary motivation is philanthropic, helping the people of Angola, instead of generating shareholder value. I think how he has disclosed these delays is smart and clear evidence that driving the company share price is his primary objective and something he does care about. Delays are common and affect everyone and they don't all need to be announced through the ASX. How do you think it would look and what would be the effect on the sp if every minor delay was documented as an asx announcement? Lindsay would be crucified for poor management and communication and not having the shareholders in mind.
