    The project is estimated to generate2:
    o Pre-tax NPV7 of A$7,625M and IRR of 30%
    o Post- tax NPV7 of A$4,980M and IRR of 23%
    o Average Annual EBITA of A$800M............ x 40 year minelife.

    All for $120M. Am I dreaming, Am I missing somethink.
    How can this be so cheap?
