Yes they continue to have a note in their Annual Report re their claim. But I have been unable to get feedback from the Court re the status of their claim. Can only assume that Lindian has all the legal aspects covered.
I see no need for funds required to be injected by Lynas nor a need for a JV at these low prices. Surely you agree that the company is worth many more millions of dollars than today’s shareprice shows?
My wish..... for the company to sign up off takes and the shareprice to rise to well beyond $1. What is your view?
