It is evident that the company's approach to raising capital and presenting their ideas requires significant improvement.

If they are seeking $46,000,000 AUD, a webinar to provide further details about their plans would be a necessary and a positive step.

This would allow potential investors to ask relevant questions, especially considering the substantial amount they intend to raise, which is four times the current market cap.

However, the current presentation lacks substance and technical information. It appears to be quite basic, similar to a school project, rather than a professional pitch to potential investors.

The management should be more proactive in engaging with the market. Regular interviews, updates, and interaction with shareholders would build confidence and credibility.

Merely raising capital based on a lackluster presentation after months of absence from the market may not bode well for them.

It is important for the management to put in the hard work and effort to address the gaps in their plan before seeking such a substantial amount of funding.

A more reasonable approach would have been to secure $5,000,000 initially, contingent on presenting a compelling case that would satisfy the market's concerns. With additional results and progress, they could then consider raising a more substantial amount to achieve their goals.

In conclusion, without significant improvements and a solid strategy, the likelihood of success appears low in my opinion.

The management must address these issues diligently to avoid potential failure.
