    I actually agree with you.

    My guess is 0.5 STX shares for each TPD share

    With STX at 0.445 = essentially $0.2225

    Great deal, and Colby (and shareholders) gets to keep the Mongolia dream.

    I'll prob just let that sit free carry - but won't be giving Colby a single cent more
