Certainly no superfriend of First Australians. Let's just assume hypothetically that the Voice gets up, and Scotty makes a comeback as a result of the blowback on Peter Dutton for being on the losing side of a referendum. Scotty gets back into power in 2025, and ignores literally everything The Voice sends him. Everything. That's possible, isn't it Scott. Maybe it's drawing a long bow to see Scomo's second coming, but you surely understand my point. If the Government aren't buying what The Voice is selling, The Voice gets ignored. Doesn't it. And a Government can, in its infinite delusion, believe that it can call itself 'concerned with the wellbeing of Indigenous Australia' and still ignore literally every word uttered by The Voice. None of that is wrong, Scott. A future Government that doesn't meet your standards could conceivably believe itself to be doing a great job in the First Australians space but ignore every single word the Voice gives it. It has ever been the case, except perhaps with the current one. Ask any Government in history at the time of its governance if it feels it is doing a good job on Indigenous Affairs, they would have said yes. Only Prime Minister Albanese has admitted he isn't doing a good job. What makes you think that we'll never see a Government that can just politely ignore The Voice?

"Maybe it's drawing a long bow to see Scomo's second coming," . ......... certainly a highly improbable scenario but I have to admit anything is possible. nothing "makes you (me) think" as you suggest. If such happens we'll see what eventuates. I wouldn't like to attempt to predict anything wrt to this highly improbable imagined case that you present. IF any such thing happens that Gov will, certainly have some very serious questions to answer.
