Certainly no superfriend of First Australians. Let's just assume hypothetically that the Voice gets up, and Scotty makes a comeback as a result of the blowback on Peter Dutton for being on the losing side of a referendum. Scotty gets back into power in 2025, and ignores literally everything The Voice sends him. Everything.
