What is the alternative to dilution and raise capital ?
No one will buy into WAAS company as long there is no finished and tested Hadrian X and a production agreement with liebherr.
So I guess we have we have to accept that there will be around 5 to 6 Billion shares when a WAAS agreement will be signed
