I'm not opposed to dilution at all. It's a necessary evil. What I am bothered by is the complete lack of respect to shareholders and the shareprice by company directors. To fix this they could start with some transparency about operations and some official dates to key milestones and then do something about the shareprice, that's what they are paid to do.
