You forgot to mention that while Eramet plans to produce around 3x what AGY does (let's ignore DLE issues), their market cap is up around the best part of 10x AGY's.

It's easy to find a bigger company than another, but if you have to pay more for it, what point are you trying to make? You haven't even compared apples to apples, you're just assuming/pretending they're comparable in all ways you haven't bothered mentioning.

It's bizarre for a holder to spend so much time pointlessly and disingenuously shooting down their own company. If you genuinely thought it was a bad stock to hold, you'd sell. Perhaps it would help clarify your position and demonstrate you actually do have genuine balance if at some stage you explained why you think AGY is good enough to hold. Being entirely bearish, even disingenuously, doesn't make any sense for a holder. Sure, most holders (of all companies) become heavily biased and unconditionally bullish, often to their own detriment, but to be (or act) that biased to the bear side when you're a holder is plain silly. If other members behaved as you are, they'd quote you down the track either saying you're an idiot for getting it so wrong, trashing a good company which became a multibagger, or for holding a stock which failed.

I'm happy to respect valid criticism and even as a holder I don't like unrealistic optimism and sometimes call it out, but being entirely one-sided and just calling people out long down the track when you have the benefit of hindsight and they didn't isn't very talented of you. You're lucky no one else would bother spending time pulling you up on old posts.
