A$35 million single tranche Placement, of approximately 47.9 million New Securities, with the
ability to accept oversubscriptions of up to an additional A$5 million.
New Securities will be issued pursuant to the Company’s existing placement capacity under ASX
Listing Rule 7.1.
Centaurus will have 476.6 million pro-forma shares on issue following completion of the Offer (not
including oversubscriptions).
Offer price: Fixed price of A$0.73 per New Security (“Offer Price”)
