Hi all (and specifically to those driving the board replacement proposal),
Long time holder here (invested since 2019). I share other's frustrations of watching the mess that has occurred over the last 12months, and the misleading company communication throughout the demerger regarding the health of FFX.
Having said that, as other's have requested, it is imperative for those seeking to replace the current board to clearly outline their plan/focus as directors. I have laid out a few questions in my mind (it doesn't need to answered now):
(a) Will there be any attempt to sell the company's Morilla assets or is the focus on returning cash and LLL shares to the shareholders?
(b) If there is an attempt to sell assets - what will be the strategy and timeframe, and what experience does the new board have in executing this?
(c) If the focus will be on winding up FFX, again, what will be the strategy and timeframe, and what experience does the new board have in executing this?
(d) What material cost savings will the new board be able to implement over the current board? I.e Director salary details. Layout how this will benefit the shareholders and the expectations for preserving the company's cash.
Thanks to the effort and costs spent of those driving the board change, if nothing else it has certainly woken up the board and has shown your ability to organise and implement change (what I want to see in directors anyway).
I look forward to more information.
cheers
