now some extra steps before we start mining? not mentioned prior. any expert out tthere to please explain
CR will be needed in current quarter, with the vast drilling program etc, we will need it... hopefully to say we are a mining and need fund to produce... and wiht that an actually DATE to become a miner... ie product gold on that day.
everything keeps being push out, timeline wise, like we will never get there and just be a drilling company that looks sparkly for a predator to pounce...at cheap levels.
rosey don't be distracted by legal battle (although must be had), get to focus on on thing- get mine the gold! all other thing will fall into place.
i also note, the wording around supreme court, ..prior think said we are going to court, today is sort of says give notice to do so....? which is it? would of course prefer Barton and others to quickly settle... as they will be up for costs.
