I would hope they would SFU until they have properly assessed the situation this time. I suspect that last time there was a bit more going on with the person responsible for running the wafer interface design team. I had a bad feeling about him when he was appointed and I suspect there was a growing unease in the senior exec at the time and the failure due to design screw-ups confirmed what they were starting to worry about, and they just panicked and then over reacted. No evidence to prove any of that just a sense of having been there before and it all felt eerily familiar to me. The whole debacle was unbelievably badly handled by everyone involved and not just the genius that screwed up the etchings.
