They also did this with Candelas, everywhere it was listed as 100% owned (including in the 2021 PEA), then in February this year they came out with an announcement saying they had moved to “100% full ownership”. This was done via the issuances of 1,410,000 fully paid shares at $1.10 each. Just another example of them never quite telling the full story. Small things like that made me wonder what else they were being a little creative about.
