    A deal with the Navy? You must be joking. From what little research I have done on htis company it has failed ot deliver on anything. Anything except absurd wages to management that only raise capital on the basis of yet another promise. I am unable to determine if NET has ever delivered on any promise of substance. This company is a case of run for the exits.
