Maybe even a bored senior officer that has nothing better to do but constantly produce spin and only talk up a company. A company that does not appear to have any prospect for success. After so many years and so many losses the Board and Senior executives should be sacked. Or maybe you are one of those many paid public relations company employees that is paid ot produce positive stories for placement on hotcopper and similar forums.
