My take as a long suffering shareholder of this mess, is we have downramping to drive down price.

usually coinciding prior to a drawdown by NET of Regal funds , with shares issued at a discounted price.

Then followed by a positive announcement, swiftly followed by a dump of shares by regal for an profit afterwards.
