Ok, they did a capital raise, that was undersubscribed. I did not jump in.
And now they have done another one, at a lower price. Sophisticated investors only. Is that a good sign?
Share price beaten down. Holdings are diluted.
Previous shareholders should be angry (at least I know I am).
Vey hard to keep trusting management, I hear the accusations of “lifestyle company”.
