Yep, they are not allowed sit on information that is likely to be price sensitive. The thing is ...... if the information is as BIG +POSITIVE as we hope then the onus is on them to check the data /metrics as many times as they need to in order to make sure it is right.
The more price sensitive it is, the more careful they are going to have to be. The consequences of getting that wrong would be devastating for the company and us. I am comfortable for them to take as long as they deem necessary.
