They have $3.272m + $220k incoming grant, so no reason to dilute shareholders at such a low market cap
if funds arent required right now. There's also 1.4m .30c options worth $420k that need to be exercised in November, so they have plenty of cash to drill multiple holes. If they get a 2nd rig out there, then different story.
