This wont happen like that as the boards performance shares wont vest unless there is a change of control in TPD event. So TPD will be taken over by STX which means the Mongolian assets will be moved into a new spinoff company (Spinco) that will IPO a few days before TPD cease to exist. Spinco's cash will come from the IPO meaning current holders stake in Mongolia will be diluted.
