1. There is gas in the field. Now that is worth money to the lease. Lease prices are increasing per acre. More value

2. PB#3 has gas though I reckon it will be around 1mmcfd. This is okay it improves the value of point 1. etc etc "

Well it is not a producer yet as I see no conection to pipleline or storage facility or sales coming in yet.

But it is looking a lot better than a couple of months ago.
