stja, that's right to a certaqin point, but IF they have sufficient numbers, they can force a compulsory take over.

We can only hope that the company issuing all those staff options was part of a numbers game to keep the 50% control they need to still officially run the company.
If the take over group go over 50%, they can effectively take over the board and therefore running of the company.

Every share may come into play down the track, though I believe (hope) it won't be hostile...

I'm not game to put a guess out there...
