It is not reasonable that you have unfettered (or any) access to the mine site, and there is a guy/guyette charged under the law to not let public access happen. Far better off to ask for permission with a solid reason for doing so. Otherwise it is paparazzi cameras over the fence!
The only way you will really 'see' what is there is to talk to people. Apart from that, what you know about the operation, is it is taking avg of 3,000 t/hr from 2 out of 3 dozer traps and pumping it to a box, with 96% of that feed going back to void / tailings disposal. That box is making a pile of concentrate, all supposed to go into another box where three piles of final product will be getting made, but until that second box is firing on all cylinders, some of the feed pile will be direct shipped out. So, which of these pieces can you see happening?
