Point remains, SP is the only thing that matters. We (investors) are here not to 'support the economy' or 'create job opportunities' we are here to see ROI. BOD has failed its investors, repeatedly, as it has failed to translate investment into growth and into SP appreciation.

They, BOD, have failed at its primary role function: generating returns to the shareholders, thus they should be disciplined for the lack of performance through salary adjustments and STI cuts to spread the suffering and (hopefully) motivate them to actually get returns to the shareholders.
