The 50c reference is to a figure used some time ago as a minimum exit because apparently Dom stated he wouldn't consider anything under 50c. ( 50c was reported 3rd hand on HC, so was probably crap )

I think at the time the 50c figure was extensively quoted by SJ and others at the time.

He is not the only one that can't get out without collapsing the SP. I am in the same boat.
