It seems to me that such dealings that the Israeli Tower company may have with China may encounter some kind of difficulty if/when Tower becomes owned by the USA company Intel because of USA prohibiting of certain semiconductor exports.
But that is only my opinion. I hope I have explained it adequately for you.
